• The membership fee is 4999 INR, available as an early bird offer valid until December 31, 2024.
• The original membership fee is 9999 INR.
• All fees are non-refundable.

3. Membership Activation

• Membership will be activated on January 13, 2025, coinciding with the official opening of the club.
• Members will have access to all services upon activation.

4. Revocation of Membership

• Dasmarinas reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violations of club policies or inappropriate behavior.
• In the event of revocation, membership fees will not be refunded.

5. Use of Services

Members are entitled to access services, including real market data, financial services, and the mentorship program with our AI influencer, Zayd, 24/7, 365 days a year, provided they adhere to all club policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and services provided by Dasmarinas and HoneyGourd Infotech LLP are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Dasmarinas and HoneyGourd Infotech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of services.

8. Changes to Terms

Dasmarinas reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes through our communication channels. Continued use of our services after changes signifies acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
